This is a Work for Hire service, ideal for musicians who already master the song, or producers looking for a solid instrumental foundation without the need for visual guides or lyrics.

These are genres with standard harmonic progressions, linear rhythms (easy to quantize), and a controlled number of tracks (lower instrument density).

• Cumbia (Traditional, Sonidera, Villera, Texana).
• Romantic Ballad / Pop Ballad (Piano/vocal style or standard 80s/90s arrangements).
• Modern Pop / Reggaeton / Trap (Structures heavily based on loops and stable synthesizers).
• Classic Rock / Pop-Rock (Standard lineup: Drums, Bass, 2 Guitars, Basic Keyboard).
• Norteña / Basic Ranchera Music (Accordion, Bajo sexto, Tololoche, and stable 2/4 or 3/4 rhythms).

What includes your production? Upon hiring this service, you will receive an essential digital musical package (.ZIP download):

• ✅ MIDI File Format 0: (General MIDI) Optimized for maximum compatibility with keyboards, sound modules, and players.
• ✅ Humanized Programming: Detailed expression (CC11), velocity, and dynamics for a realistic sound.
• ✅ General MIDI Audio Export: Digital audio reference track (MP3/WAV) using your choice of either the Yamaha S-YXG or Roland TTS-1 sound engine (one option delivered per client choice).
• ❌ Not Included: Synchronized lyrics, melody guide, or PDF files (These are optional extras).
• Optional: You can add a Melody Track or Karaoke for an extra cost when configuring your order.

Turnaround Time: Our quality standard requires time. The production process takes 5 to 8 business days per song, depending on our current workload.

Pricing & Conditions:

• Base price covers songs up to 5 minutes in length.
• Note: An additional fee of $200 MXN applies for each extra 60-second fraction.
• We require a high-quality reference audio file from you.

• Nature of Service: The fee charged covers exclusively the fees for studio time, technical expertise, sequencing, and track arrangement performed by our professional musicians.
• Intellectual Property: MIDI Tracks retains ownership of the produced sequence data. The client is granted a usage license. The client is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses (Copyright/Composition) for commercial exploitation, recording, or public performance of the work.
• Non-Exclusivity: This production is non-exclusive. MIDI Tracks reserves the right to add the arrangement to its general catalog or use it for demonstration purposes.
• Restrictions: The delivered digital files may not be resold, rented, or distributed on third-party websites without written authorization.
