For voice actors, dubbing actors, narrators, podcasters, and reporters, the technical skill to connect with international studios is just as vital as the performance itself. This intensive 6-session (9-hour) workshop will give you the tools and protocols to take absolute control of your vocal booth.

Led by mentor Marlon Rosales, you will master audio routing, interfaces, and industry-standard software, ensuring that technology works in your favor so you can focus 100% on delivering a genuine, raw, and human vocal performance.

What You Will Learn:

• Fundamentals and Routing: Understand the difference between physical and virtual routing. Learn to fully utilize interfaces with Loopback (like the URX-C series) and master virtual audio bridges such as Source-Nexus and Source-Gateway.
• The DAW Ecosystem: Set up your sessions from scratch in DAWs like Pro Tools, Nuendo, Cubase, etc.. Create custom templates with independent buses so you can hear the director without their voice bleeding into your main track.
• Industry Protocols: Connect like a pro using MixKey, Source-Connect, SessionLinkPro, and VST Connect. Guarantee clean, low-latency audio feeds to Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
• Professional Workflow: Learn the proper etiquette during a remote session. Master recording a simultaneous local backup, marking the client's preferred takes, and exporting quickly.
